REFUNDS

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items for a Store Credit as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing.


We accept both domestic and international returns if the product is returned to us within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Products must be unworn, unmarked, and in their original condition and packaging.


You will be required to pay the costs of returning the products and BRYAN GAMO will not be responsible for the shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred on your shipment.

 

BRYAN GAMO has the right to refuse any claims made past 14 day time period.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given a store credit on your BRYAN GAMO account and will be notified via email within 7-10 business days.



GENERAL

I need to change something on my order, how do I do this?

Due to high order volumes, we unfortunately can’t change your order or the information placed for the order.



EXCHANGES

Should you wish to exchange for your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


The exchange must be unworn, unmarked, and returned in its original condition and packaging. The exchange must be shipped to us within 14 days of receiving your item and will be returned at your expense.


BRYAN GAMO has the right to refuse any claims made past 14 day time period.



DEFECT/FAULTY

Should the product be deemed a defect or faulty, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date - please email our Customer Service team as soon as possible at shopbryangamo@gmail.com and attach 2-3 clear photos of the fault you are seeing.

The return of the product deemed faulty/defective will be issued at our expense and can be issued for a refund, store credit or direct replacement.


BRYAN GAMO has the right to refuse any claims made past 7 day time period.
